Apartment 2 is a quality three bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 10 people and is suited to comfortably accommodate 2 families.
The lounge room upstairs features a huge TV with a wood fire and balcony with great views of Mt Baw Baw and the surrounding snow gums.
Upstairs is a queen bedroom which has satellite TV and downstairs is another queen room with a TV and a bunk room that sleeps 6. A separate bathroom, shower and toilet are all located downstairs and have all been renovated.
This apartment feels more like a home than a holiday apartment so we are sure you will feel very comfortable here.
Check in is at 2pm and check out is 12pm.
No, please bring your own! We do provide doonas, blankets and pillow for you though.
There isn’t a laundry in the apartment, but there is a public one in the pub foyer.
We will not provide a refund within 30 days of arrival. If you have concerns about illness or other issues we recommend you pick up some travel insurance.

Being only 2.5 hours from Melbourne, Mt. Baw Baw is a great place to introduce your kids to the wonders of a snow holiday or to brush up on your down hill skiing if it’s been a while since your last run. There are plenty of walking tracks for all levels of fitness and great cross country tracks as well.
1. Payments & Refunds 1.1 If the booking is received more than 30 days before the arrival date, I agree to pay as follows: (a) Deposit on the time of booking 50% non-refundable of total fee. (b) Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. The balance will be automatically be processed from your credit card without notification (c) Signed booking forms must be returned to confirm a booking, otherwise it is considered a cancellation. 1.2 I acknowledge and agree that: (a) If I cancel less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, then the TOTAL FEE is payable and there is no refund due to me; (b) Any cancellations more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 50% booking fee of the TOTAL FEE, being 100% of the deposit; (c) A change in dates is classified as a cancellation, there is no changing dates. (d) To pay and be responsible for all damage caused by myself, my guests and invited, and I will immediately notify management of any such damage or loss. Cascade reserves the right to charge a refundable bond on all apartments for damages or loss of items. (e) Cascade Ski Apartments disclaims all responsibility and accepts no liability in respect of any errors or mis-descriptions and all associated disappointment, loss, inconvenience, expense or injury caused. Without liability, we will not be responsible if the product is not available due to civil unrest, industrial disputes, and interruptions to power supply, adverse weather conditions, health risk or terrorist activity. 2. Other Conditions 2.1 The following additional conditions apply: (a) If payment is not made on any due date, then management has the right to cancel the booking. (b) Management has the right to inspect the apartment at any time. (c) Apartments are to be left clean, tidy and in an acceptable condition as found at arrival, on the departure date. In the event that the guest leaves dishes unwashed and rubbish lying around a cleaning fee of $200.00 excess shall be charged to the guest account. (d) Accommodation is to be left in a clean and tidy condition by checkout. In the event that the guest leave dishes unwashed, rubbish lying around and bathrooms unclean, a cleaning fee will be charged to the nominated credit cardinals (e) All accommodation is smoke free. In the event that guests smoke or allow others to smoke, a cleaning charge of $300 shall be charged to the guests account. (f) No pets of any description are allowed. A cleaning charge of $200 shall be charged to the guests credit card if there are pets within the apartments. 2.2 I agree to indemnify Cascade Ski Apartments from and against all claim, suits, actions and demands made against Cascade Ski Apartments which arise out of the use of the apartments and its facilities by myself, my invited guests. 2.3 I also release Cascade Ski Apartments from and against all claims, suits and actions relating to my booking. 2.4 Cascade has a strict refund policy. No refunds within 30 days of arrival. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance for cancellation, illness, bereavement or injury. Some credit cards offer this facility. 2.5 No refunds will be given to customers due to lack of snow or bad weather conditions. 2.6 No show will be considered a cancellation and will not be offered a refund. 2.8 Travel Insurance: (a) Management strongly recommends Travel Insurance to protect you against loss of personal belongings, public liability, adverse weather conditions and cancellation fees.
